In Fall 2008, Hennepin County staff and Resource Strategies Corp. met with real estate and leasing agents to discuss conditions in the corridor that may affect the sale or lease of non-residential properties in the Minnehaha-Hiawatha corridor.  Obervations from those interviews are in this linked document.
